Do the products run true to size?
All items run true to size. The Gardenia dresses are designed to have a relaxed fit and if between sizes, order the lower size.

Will the Liners fit my Pram/Stroller?
All liners are custom made to fit your specific stroller. So long as you’re able to separate the hip straps from the shoulder straps then the answer is YES! In some cases where the straps can’t be undone, I can still accommodate these. For example the B.O.B or newest version of Baby Jogger City Elite will require either press stud or velcro. The most important thing is to let me know what Pram/Stroller you have and I'll do the rest.
My stroller has a pull handle, can you accommodate this? (i.e.- City Mini, Graco fold click jogging stroller, Steelcraft agile)
Yes. I can easily accommodate extra slots for these. Just remember to let me know what stroller you have!
Are the liners machine washable?
Yes absolutely! I have designed these with busy parents in mind and understand the importance of simple washing options. All products are sent out with special care instructions.
How do I place an order from one of the listed collections?
Click on PRODUCTS- STROLLER LINERS and then choose the one you want, you’ll have a drop down box where you can choose which 2 fabric combinations you would like! I will confirm all orders before processing so you’ll be guaranteed to get exactly what you want! Please don’t forget to let me know what stroller you have.
I would like to order some matching harness straps. How do I do this?
On the PRODUCTS page, click on STROLLER LINERS and scroll down until you see a separate listing for HARNESS STRAPS. Just add one of these to your cart and I will make you a matching set of harness straps to go with your order.
How do I place a custom order?
On the PRODUCT page under STROLLER LINERS you’ll see a tab which says custom stroller liner. If you go ahead and click on this link you’ll be able to add these to your cart. Once you proceed to payment you will be able to enter your fabric choices in the NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS box located at the bottom of the checkout page. Just click on this box and enter your two fabric options. PLEASE NOTE- Full range of fabrics can be found on the FABRICS tab. Remember you are communicating with a human on the other end so don’t worry if you make a mistake! I will confirm all custom orders and your fabric choices before processing.

How do I choose my own fabrics?
At the top of our page you’ll see the FABRICS tab. Click on this to view the full range of fabrics available. Each fabric has a CODE and NAME which you will need to provide once you make your selections. This can be done when you are in the checkout page in the NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS SELLER text box at the bottom. Please remember to include TWO fabric choices- one for each side of the liner.
I’ve seen some fabrics in your photos which I love but I can’t find these in the fabric album. Can I still order them?
Unfortunately, unless your fabric appears in the fabric section, it is no longer available. I change our fabrics all the time (Just like fashion from each season). Feel free to send me a message if you have your heart set on something and I will see if there is any way I can find it, or something similar- you never know!
What if an item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
Whilst Emmies Room will make every effort to keep stock levels up, I do change our designs with the seasons and sell out on some items quickly. Send a message via the CONTACT page if you would like to order an out of stock item and I will let you know when they will be available again.
I accidentally ordered the wrong fabric choice?
Just send a note via the CONTACT tab and I can easily make the adjustment for you if it’s within 12 hours of placing your order.
I’ve searched through all your fabrics and can’t find a specific design I had in mind.

How long will my order take?
All orders from the collections range will be made and posted within one week excluding postage times. All custom orders will be made and posted within 1-2 weeks excluding postage times.
I’m in a rush and need my order ASAP
Feel free to message me via the CONTACT tab if you need your liner quickly. I’ll do my best to accommodate you where I can. All Domestic packages are posted Priority Mail. I am also able to send packages express post which may incur an additional fee. I will communicate all of these details for your approval before we proceed.
I live locally and would like to arrange to pick up my order directly, but it seems to add postage automatically.

There is a small amount of fraying on the inside edge of my Buttonholes on my Liner?
This is normal! There will be a small amount of fraying on the inside edge of the buttonholes after washing. This is reinforced by the buttonhole itself and will not damage the liner. The loose threads can be carefully trimmed however please ensure you do not cut the thread that makes the buttonhole.
Can I copy anything from your website?
All content on the Emmies Room website including images, descriptions, pricing etc. may not be copied or used without written consent.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
All our products come beautifully packaged free of charge. If you would your order sent directly to someone else and include a note, just send a message via the CONTACT page and I will happily do this for you.
I accidentally provided my wrong shipping address. How can I change this?
If an item hasn't yet been shipped, I am happy to change the address. If it has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the added shipping charges if the item is returned to me.
What is the Emmies Room returns policy?
Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. We only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please send me a friendly message and we can work it out. This will be done on a case by case basis as long as it’s within 5 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition. (Not washed or used). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Emmies Room will cover return postage costs associated with faulty items only.
All products are handmade and no two products will be identical. Please note that I take great care in describing and visually representing our products accurately however there may be slight variations on fabric placement, colour and dimensions.
Please remember that Children must be supervised at all times when using our products. It is not recommended that you leave children sleeping in their stroller without constant supervision.
