What is the Emmies Room returns policy?

Please note cloth masks cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

All other items- Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. Emmies Room only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. If you would like to change the size, the shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer. All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please send me a friendly message and we can work it out. This will be done on a case by case basis as long as it’s within 5 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition. (Not washed or used). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Emmies Room will cover return postage costs associated with faulty items only.

All products are handmade and no two products will be identical. Please note that I take great care in describing and visually representing all products accurately however there may be slight variations on fabric placement, colour and dimensions.

Domestic Shipping

Emmies Room will ship all domestic orders using Australia Post and there is a flat rate of $8.95 per order. This can take from 2-7 business days and please note there may be delays due to COVID. If you would like your order shipped Priority or Express Mail, please send us a message via the CONTACT page and we will set up a custom listing for you. If you would like to arrange a local pick up in Pymble, please message me for a code to remove the shipping costs.

International Shipping

We are not offering International Shipping at this time, but will be shortly! Watch this space and if there's something you really want, please send me a message,

International Customs/Taxes

Emmies Room are not responsible for any customs or tax charges and these will be the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these costs and they may vary from country to country. All products will be identified as merchandise with their value declared. Emmies Room are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items once they are posted.


Please remember that children must be supervised at all times when using Emmies Room products.
